The Lady called Shree at the check in counter was exceptional . She was very experienced & willing to help. The restaurant the manager & trainee called Ashwin was giving good service. The Chef cooked us vegetarian meal according to our choice as there was not much choice in their Menu. This hotel is very close to the Airport. It is very clean Hotel .I will definitely stay in this hotel when travelling to Trivandarum

The room was comfortable and liked the size and comfort of the bed. They also provided very nice toiletries- the rose honey facial wash was lovely! Room amenities also very good- was great to have an iron for our use. Staff were nice and friendly . We enjoyed the Breakfast which was very tasty. Location was great, next to nice shops and eateries. Would definitely stay here again.

The check-in and check-out was very smooth, staff behaved nice and kind. We felt welcomed. It's a place where you can truly rest. We took advantage of the pool. Also the gym Is well equipped. Unfortunately did not have time for trying breakfast. Loved the comfort of bed, spacious room, clean bathroom and hot shower.

This place is amazing! It’s in a great part of Trivandrum. The hotel itself is wonderful. The staff were exceptional. Smiley, Winona, the manager and this wonderful young man (we didn’t catch his name but he was a sweet young man)- they made us feel like special family. The food was top notch!

Excellent breakfast, attentive staff. We even wrote a google review for particular staff members who went above and beyond. Overall, we would stay here again surely. Location was perfect too. Room size was on the smaller side, but it did not bother us too much.
